I think this guy initially got stopped for having blue flahing lights that are restricted to law enforcement.
He tells the officer “I got it like this at the dealer.” The officer says something to effect of “every car comes from a dealer.” When prompted for a license he’s a “Traveler,” and adds “as we all are (travelers)”
I certainly can understand having an aversion to the DMV. But there have to be rules of the road.
