Bess today; sick like a dog.

Another live show highlight was seeing Black Crowes at the Greek Theater with Kyle. The details of which band opened, or date of show elude my memory. Think late nineties.

Later Chris describes the Oliver Stone movie “The Doors” as the “worst movie ever made.” I enjoyed it through it’s theatrical run and into HBO like fare. I had seen it so many times there was an almost spiritual fusion of Morrison/Kilmer identities.

Now I agree with Robinson that the film hasn’t held-up over time.

These guys are great with a similar sound to Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs. If just a bit more subdued than the Karen O approach. #curb your enthusiasm Brittney.
